Yoga Classes

Move with purpose. Breathe with intention.
Connect with yourself.

Yoga is more than a form of exercise. It is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and develop greater awareness of both your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or returning to your mat, classes at Insight & Practice Wellbeing will provide a welcoming and supportive environment where you can move at your own pace and discover what works for you.

Why Yoga?

My own yoga practice has had a profound impact on my physical and emotional wellbeing. It has helped me develop mindfulness, resilience and self-compassion, and has become an important part of everyday living.

That personal experience, alongside my background in counselling, has inspired me to train as a yoga teacher so I can support others in discovering the benefits of yoga in a safe and inclusive way.
